Within the internal communication, Hu highlighted the stellar performance of Huawei’s device business segment, including the smartphone division, surpassing initial projections in 2023. In response, Huawei outlined its commitment to fortifying the efficiency of its business operations, incorporating initiatives to streamline the headquarters, simplify management structures, and ensure the coherence of policies, with necessary adjustments made as warranted.
