User complaints surged on Friday, peaking at over 14,000 incidents in the afternoon, according to the outage tracking website Downdetector.com. However, by Saturday, all reported incidents had been successfully resolved.

Earlier, Microsoft had identified a networking issue affecting a segment of the Teams service and promptly initiated a failover procedure to address the issue.
