SAP, the German software company has decided to cease procuring company cars from Tesla as reported by Handelsblatt on Monday. The shift is attributed to challenges such as delayed deliveries and price fluctuations.
According to Steffen Krautwasser, fleet manager, the decision is rooted in the observation that Tesla’s list prices exhibit more volatility compared to those of other manufacturers. This greater fluctuation introduces complexities in planning and elevates the risk factor for the company. As a result, the German software company has opted to explore alternative sources for its company vehicles.
